Details: For my eighth module at university, I was tasked with designing a two bedroom duplex apartment for Olivia Yates-Womsley, a young ambitious entrepreneur with a wedding planning business. Olivia requested the apartment to be designed in a contemporary style with vintage elements. It was important that I included a home office, a low maintenance kitchen, a formal dining area and a luxurious bathing experience. The residential development used as reference was River Crescent in Trent Park, Nottingham, a luxurious apartment building that sits on the banks of the River Trent.
